TTS Not working!

I urgently need help, for I am starting a youtube series that will use the text to speach, and I have used the TTS in game before, so I need your help. So, I have text to speach enabled, music and sounds at it's max, computer sounds up high, and The TTS won't work. In fact, it's as if all sounds are removed entirely! Even if I set the sound and everything in the middle, it doesn't work! The game audio for the "Unreal Engine" sound still works, but the rest is screwed up. I have used it so often in the past, in fact, just about a week ago, I was using it, now it's gone! And on top of all that, I have not messed with the game's files. Please send help! My series may be dead soon!

try reducing audio channels / switching to stereo sound OUTSIDE of the game - and don't forget to restart the game
