Another example of a game coming to Steam lacking multilanguage... Anyone knows where I can download sound files for this game?

There is an external website known as GOG. They provide the game in English, French, German and Spanish. You'll need to pay the same price for it and the soundtrack comes with it too.

What Russian soundboard are you looking for specifically? Because there are quite a few different soundboards. I used to have a Russian soundboard on my computer, which I hope I can still access for you, if you do want it.
