Why? It's a singleplayer game. Anyone that remotely has any interest in it will be paying 200% or more of the base price when buying Steam keys from keysellers after it's removed.

Games that are withdrawn stay in your library if you own them (can still install them). You just won't be able to buy it after it's removed. If anything there's no reason to discount it since it will not be obtainable afterwards.

this is five bucks. if you cant spend that you shouldn't be engaging with the warhammer franchises honestly (youre not gonna enjoy it). also thats very cheap for alot of games, they arent "pulling the wool over your eyes" with this purchase. the price reflects the content value.
