What's the purpose of "Khorne Mode"?
Is it there for the color and mouse icon change or is it there to give us something? (Not trying to offend)

Yes, it just changes the palette and cursor. No in-game additions/changes.

Khorne Mode was a fun addition that was included as part of the Skulls for the Skull Throne event a few years ago.
