The beginning explains how frames are listed...which is in game frames as in how long it takes. Pay attention to these to find moves that are quick and moves that take longer to use in different situations.

I've been playing Jin for a bit. I find him very slow but great at poking and strategic. Especially Jin vs Jin matches are incredibly fun, constant false traps and mindgames to trick each other. I do have a hard time escaping pressure tho as he's so slow. I think his parry is meant to counter under pressure moments with counters.

Jin used to be faster in Tekken 5. Feel like the devs have been nerfing him since T4.

Im a jin main and im soon "Marauder" in ranked with him 250 win and still climbing, my tips is to poke them as much and not overextending, try to use much mid and low, save high for last. learn the combo that take most damage on hop kick. Avoid using stance as possible against noob who spam attack after first kick in with forward+4 reaction.

Combo to use:
lefthand+down,leftkick+down,right kick, good poke can kill noobs easily and you get frame advantage if they dont duck.

lefthand+downforward(poke)+ right kick(non fake out) = try to mix around it but dont use the fakeout too often,

10 hit combo, yea scrub tactics

try to mix with heavy and light low kick and hope they make a mistake

hop kick + combo= big damage, if reached to wall use rapid punch or keep using low kicks for safe.

Matchup people on online mostly play:
vs Law : "Beware of His f8cking sweep kick, punish it with uppercut!, during his combo or as startup, when he jab you close enough he will do another combo which he is faster and has some frameadvantage.Use mid and try to backoff from him as often as possible, if you are an infighter bait his low sweep.

vs Heihaichi and Kazuya: "punish on senpakku(tornado kick) care of kazuya mid stun punch

vs Bryan : "after a combo he will do low kick which litterally take 1/3 of hp, should have remove low kick combos2

vs kronsonov(russian Guy). hit,hit , low sweep(punish him on his telegraphed attack), hit,hit grab, and a bit of overhead attack
