The AG stat?
Could someone elaborate on what the anti-gravity stat does?
I imagine it increases/decreases the ride height, but how does that affect the performance of the ship?

Does it create drift?

Far as I can tell, it affects how "floaty" you are over jumps, as well as if you drag over higher speed hills. I prefer a lower AG, so I cna hit boosters on the near part of jumps, personally

Hi Rumfoy,

The AG Stat refers to the force with which your craft is pushed away from the track. A lower AG stat will result in less force (more likely to ground, more bounce, but also more control over pitch change) and a higher AG stat results in more force.

So what you are saying is that the only unique application is more AG bounce?
There is a card in the handling upgrade which can improve the pitching.

My first logical thought was that the AG stat replicates grip on the track.
The lower you are to the track, the more grip and less drift perhaps?

I haven't put this theory to the test though.

With less force you have greater control; you can take a tighter line over hills.

If that is the case, what is the benefit of maximising the AG?

Less likely to ground your craft and take damage/get slowed down

I appreciate the feedback.
