Happy holidays, by the way.
I am trying to catch the feeling we had playing arcade as a child.
In my humble opinion FPS Ought to be play with a Mouse/keyboard.
Thereof, Racing games as simple as they are ought to be play with a wheel ^^
At the end of the day, we eat Yogurt with a spoon ^^
Even if some eat them with there fingers, Yogurt was designed to be eaten with a spoon
Happy holiday too^^
Until now, unfortunately, we have no plans to provide an official Steering Wheel support.
But some players already played the game using steering wheel just manually configuring it, as you can see in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fc5f92lwTgg
One thing that you can do with no cost is download the game Demo (in the game's store page) and test with your Steering Wheel to be sured how the game works with it. If you do this, please let us know the results. :)
Best!
Does it work with your wheel? And if so, which wheel do you have?
I can drive with keyboard controls and I can drive with wheels. But I absolutely cannot drive with console controllers.
Although some racing wheels do work in Horizon Chase Turbo, the game was not developed for those type of controllers in mind. Right now, we're working on an update that, besides solving some issues related to traditional gamepads, will expand the number of racing wheels the game works with — though i can't provide an exact list of compatible devices right now.
Felipe, do you have an expected date to relaese the game update?
Do you know if Logitech G29 will work fine with this update?
Thanks
Hi Irgon, we're currently expecting to launch an update around may, but i can't provide a specific scheduele yet. As far as the expected list of accessories that should gain compatibility, that's something i'll have to check with the dev team
