“Horizon Chaser”?

My player name has changed to “Horizon Chaser” out of the blue. It’s now the name that appears with my times on the leaderboards. What happened? How can I change it back to my actual Steam Name?

Beacuase they deleted the cheater boards ? No game should use them, unless they`re kept to those from your friends list or something......

The devs explained that the removal of the online leaderboards would reduce the maintenance of the game. The name being now "Horizon Chaser" and the disappearing PfP is intended by the devs as the game is now only locally played. For more informations, check the Discord server

Seems pretty lazy especially when the demo is capable of handling the PFP & names features just fine, I can live with Local only leaderboards but there is no reason for those local only leaderboards to read like an error code being coated in "Horizon Chaser" & "Player 1 2 2".

I just want my local leaderboards to have the appropriate names of me & my friends I couch co op or remote play with.

There is no good reason not to support custom names in local multiplayer. This is a very disappointing change.
