Can´t get out of Adler Estate

Hey I´m having this problem where I can´t leave the Adler Estate.
I started the scene over 4 times now but I just can´t seem to get out.
Does anybody have an idea or should I start a new game? TwT

Usually if a puzzle won't let you leave, it's because you haven't solved it yet, or not yet found the thing required to solve a later puzzle. Keep clicking everywhere. You may have skipped over it without realizing.

It told me to go in the basement and everytime I go in the house I can´t get out TwT
Even when I go get the Passcode before, after the ghost encounter I can´t leave the house...I really tried everything TwT

Did you go back to the basement? After the ghost encounter, run back into the basement, and grab the slide reel on the shelves. Then you should watch a slide show and discuss things happening. If you have done that, then something's up, and you might need to just restart the game.

I did the challenge successfully and I can´t go in the basement.
Once I go inside the main house I can´t get out the door anymore.
