It is available on the beach at 97.5 frequency and under the broadcast tower at 99.2? Someone decrypted it yet? What does it mean?

the morse code in the video does not give away much - or anything - of the story.
the spoilers come from the blathering interpretation that the video creator gives afterward.
just stop the video after all the morse code is translated, for a spoiler free experience.
