Stuck in front of Adler Estate

I'm tuning in the radio to 140.1 like it says on the map, and I hear a voice saying "Turn on the Lima India Golf Hotel Tango for the ships coming home" (and I know it spells "light"), but nothing else happens. The gates don't open, and I can't even leave the screen. I have no idea what else to do.

140.1 is what leads you to Adler's letters. In this case, the lighthouse at the far left of the area. The gate frequency is something else.

You should be looking for a purple-colored frequency to unlock the gate--much like the red-colored frequencies for ghosts.
