Copyrighted music when streaming on Twitch

When streaming Oxenfree from Twitch some of my audio got muted because the music is copyrighted. Upon going to appeal it the Track in question is Walkthrough 1 owned by OXENFREE

Is this a bug? I appealed that
"I have permission from all applicable rights holders to use the audio and distribute it on Twitch as part of my video" because I saw a discussion that was very similar posted by someone doing a playing through on Youtube while running into the same issue and a dev wrote back that this shouldn't be happening.

Hello, did you get the audio mute lifted? I am having the same issue.

I've had to do this as well and heard from the team that yes, it's a bug!
You should be able to appeal and get it lifted no problem. I did at least.
