Sometimes you just face a game that you dislike despite of expectation. Luckily there are so many games out there that everone will find something they like.
If you only played through the game once, you didn't actually finish the game; you have to continue through and play the game a minimum of three times to get the real ending, and the second and third playthrough will each be a little different from the one before.
