Hmm, that's odd. I've tuned into the frequency that makes the triangle bigger, but nothing happens after that, except the noise and the distortion. I've tried leaving it on for a while but nothing extra happens. I've also tuned into the frequencies where you hear the panting/screaming sounds and the violin music. No sign of an extradimensional entity, unless I'm missing something. :( I may try restarting the game & making sure that I try to open the armoire.
Did you tune in to all three of the stations?
I had this issue as well it pops up in some playthroughs you can get one frequency but no amount of tuning will let you progress I searched up playthroughs and walkthroughs and unfortunately spoiled part of the game reading ahead.
The only solution that works... unfortunately is to start a new playthrough. The first time it happened I spent hours going back and forth in the beginning of the game trying to figure out what I missed wondering if this was one of those games where you simply had too use specific conversation topics or do exactly certain things to progress. I nearly gave up entirely... fortunately this game is unique above all others with a storyline you cant give up on so it makes up for it later, but this bug or glitch comes close to a refund.
