Report a translation problem
The radio dial will begin to turn red and you will hear a "whirring sound." Hold that frequency until something peculiar happens on-screen.
You will have to do this three times, usually the frequencies start at one end, go to another end, and then the last frequency on the dial is somewhere in the middle of those two.
I unfortunately cannot recall the exact frequency sequence for that part but hopefully this helps regardless.
When it works it does so beautifully, other times its just not going to happen
