I hope they patch the game up along with the previous DLCs from the original game.
SPOILER
Thanks for the info Shard. Cheers!
Well kind of. I mean the game's still great. But it's sad saves doesn't work. I don't even have any problems like many ppl, so...yeah.
To be honest first when it came out(original darksiders) I played as a pirat. It's a shame, but then a realized this is to good. I liked it so much that i bought Deathinitive edition despite owning oryginal.
The DE changes more than just he graphics. Weapon drops have been completely changed and equipment has been rebalanced in order to be more unique and worthwhile throughout the game. The Maker's Armor, for example, is found in a chest rather than in your Inbox at a Serpent Tome and is now really good for a Level 10-ish character. There's also an Axe that was only available as a PC Pre-Order which is now a drop from the Lost Temple boss.
The DLC is now unlocked during the campaign and at that point is added to the main menu for play, which is probably why you can't select it from the main menu (since you haven't "unlocked" it yet, even though you're in it.)
Given these changes, I don't see how logically an old save would work. What if, for example, you still had your Maker's Armor in your inventory then found the Maker's Armor from the chest?
