I do think it's a pain that I can't download a soundtrack without downloading the entire game... Have to copy the songs from my Darksiders 2 steam folder to some other folder before uninstalling DS2 (and install DS2 DE).
If it's the same exact soundtrack, you can just copy/paste the original in to a new folder named Deathinitive OST. There you go. You now have two copies! Didn't even have to pay for the second one!
Not even any changes or add on songs or anything....
damn..... the world we live in nowadays....
You know who else could easily make duplicates on your machine that take up extra space for no reason? You.
Yeah, but it's a pain to have to install a 8gb game for a soundtrack if a person uninstalled DS2 to install DS2 DE
.
More of a compaint with how Steam deals with soundtrack "dlcs", I guess.

Yes, I bought 'franchise pack' for a reason.... to have...you know ALL things that included in the franchise.... it's basically a collection.... it's nice to see everything 'ticked' in dlc list when you view the game page store...
a definitive edition or what ever you want to call it,a repackaged of old game should then includes all items...especially it's the same item you already had before...it's no brainer.... this is just another cash grabs method.... pfft...
It still works for me.
yeah.... they want you to pay....again.... for that....
