Could this game by any chance get ported to IOS/Android?
I mean the graphics are pretty outdated,so isn't it possible to release the game on mobile devices?

im going to ignore the graphics thing and hit some other things you maybe didnt consider

how would you control this kind of game with your phone?

How fast do you think this would eat your battery?
cause mine wouldnt last more than a few hours. and im being generous.
and this isnt a short game.

short answer: No
long answer: yes this could be ported to android/ios. but it wouldn't be practical, financially viable, or good for anyones sanity.

Two GTX 570s running in SLI (roughly equivalent to a single GTX 770) have a tough time maintaining 60 FPS in this game. Somehow, I don't think a cell phone could handle that.

1.Mobile controller? I mean they did port Bioshock on mobile

I don't really know how mobile phones even GOT to 3D RPG games where you have to move yourself ther,e unless it's a top down view. If you do want to play, I suggest screen sharing to your phone. The game will need serious moving modifications for mobile phones, and the fight mobility will not be enough.

All we are really getting at is its just not practical.
But from what i understand anything can be done with with enough knowledge and time.

but its just not going to happen
