Karn is missing

so i'm ono part 2 of the lost and found chain.... karn's helmet. i found his helmet then went looking for him.... and looking and looking and looking, but couldn't find him. i even google/youtubed the hell out of it and everything says where he should be. i completed the drenchfort quest and urned it in before i went looking for him, but so far.... natta. any ideas on where he might be pls guys

At this point in the story, Karn should relocate the Lost Temple.

You should be able to continue the quest when you speak to him there.
