Quick casting on the PC with a Keyboard?

So, there is that little 4 directional menu thing that shows up on the screen while your play, It shows my Harvest and Teleport Slash Sklils. It tells me that pressing Space Bar and Esc should cast them which I know they do not, but should if I press something else?

Whats the best way to quickly cast and use abilites with the Keyboard?

That menu is a vestigial part of the controller interface. It doesn't do anything for KBM controls.

The abilities are mapped to number keys (1-0). They're static assignments, so you can play around to figure out which ones (I don't remember if it shows up in the keybindings menu or not).
