Most of them are cosmetic or performance-related, though there are some known crashing issues (almost all of which have easy workarounds).
They're working on a patch at the moment, though there's no information on what exactly they plan to fix.
The game is fantastic and easily worth whatever the current sale price. Darksiders II is notorious for its jank, but you should still be able to play, finish, and enjoy it.
Only issues I've had are some horrendous tearing issues. The beauty of this game is certainly crippled by how bad the image tearing is, and V-Sync did little to no good in getting rid of this problem.
I'm about to look up some fixes for it, if there are any lol. Regardless, getting this game and the first for $10 was a ridiculous steal.
UPDATE: Enabled Triple Buffering in the AMD control center, and turned off V-Sync. The former seems to have made a pretty huge difference, but there's still some image tearing.
Same goes for Darksiders: Warmastered Edition
In general, the rules for Darksiders II are:
Make sure V-sync is turned on.
Don't Alt-Tab or use the Steam in-game overlay while playing.
Disable damage indicators if you start crashing a lot during combat.
Install the beta patch before you get to the Archon.
That should eliminate the majority of stability issues.
