Single portal in the Nook?

So, I was wandering around the Forge Lands after getting the Voidwalker and noticed a single portal surface at the bottom of the Nook, but no matter how I search I can't seem to find its corresponding portal surface. Which seems odd, because why add an interactible that can't be used?

Does anyone know where that portal leads?

If you're talking about the one I'm thinking of, there should be the other portal in the room right next to the first one, on a ledge straight above it.

Ah, I was thinking of the one in the giant lava cavern where you fight the big dragon for Thane. Sorry, I should have included that in the OP.
