Where are the vulgrim locations?

I had just started the Psychameron, and I decided to respec but I haven't seen a Vulgrim location since the very beginning of the game, and I don't even remember where that was. Where is the closest Vulgrim location? It seems they are a lot harder to spot than in the original Darksiders game.
