weird sound bug

so for some reason I can listen to the music but just that, no SFX for attacks or voices, nothing just music
but, if I plug in my headset I can hear everything perfectly, I have no idea whats causing this but it will be nice to know a solution, me ears are getting tired of wearing the damn headset :(

I started playing not long ago, and I noticed that after an hour or two of perfectly fine audio, I would eventually fall into the same issue that you're describing here. No SFX, no Speech, just music.
