Cant get the "it's Defintive" achievement

I've completed the game on my NG+ however after beating Absalom, I didn't get any achievement, not even the Apocalyptic difficulty achievement. Can someone please help me :)
Its all I need and then I get the platinum trophy.

I'm not 100% certain but from reading posts. You have to beat the game in Deathinitive mode on a fresh game start. Below is a post for PS4. I'm a pc guy all the way but maybe it will help.

Color me blind you don't have the mouse icon. Means you don't own the game. Perhaps you are playing in a different platform?
