Missing 1 achievement

I've played this game a million times in my youth and I can't for the life of me remember/ figure out the "Dude, It's Like, Cannibalism" Achievement. I know the OCD Achievement will pop after I get this one. Am I just skipping something obvious since I've played the game so many times? The description is Hoagie eats a Hoagie. I don't remember a sandwich anywhere.

Just don't do anything with Hoagie and he will start doing some idle animations, one of them is him eating a sandwich.Once that animation plays out the achievement should pop.

Use the fork on the cat.

I can't get this achievement. All Hoagie did was just burping or scratching his stomach
