Music bug
I played some months ago and everything was fine but now the music tracks loops, brutaly stops and just makes no sense. Like the little music that is played when you switch characters, well it's now played on repeat and start getting played on top of the other tracks.

I'm on Windows 10 2004 (beta).

I had a music bug where a sting would not stop playing, but exiting the game and opening it up again fixed it.

Hey man, I had the exact same problem. Unfortunately, it's the new version of Windows 10 that's causing it. Had to roll back to an early version to fix it. I also tweeted to Double Fine about it and I'd suggest anyone else having this issue should too so they know to try and patch it.

Yeah, same problem here. The GOG version also suffers the same fate. Notified DF, but with them being acquired by Microsoft, I am not sure how fast they will react; if at all. Let's hope...

Hey all. Please try compatibility mode on the Windows 8 setting. Don't bother with the compatibility troubleshooter, just do it in the properties panel. I got my intro music to play properly and will make another update if it fixes it all.

Nope, I have tried every compatibility mode and I still have these annoying sound bugs (music loops, tracks playing on top of each other, some wrong placed dialogs). It's a pity for such a nice game. Hope there will be a fix somedays.

I have tried every compatibility mode possible for Windows 10. No luck. All was fine before one of the latest updates (cannot say exactly when but it was after v2004, I think). Pity indeed...

I recommend everyone tweeting Double Fine (@DoubleFine) and PM them at their FB page (@doublefineproductions) about this. This is not just a simple little bug, the game is unplayable in its current state. It's a shame because it's a beautiful remaster.

Agree. Already PM'd and tweeted. Even e-mailed their support/help account a few days back (doubt if it is still monitored though as I have yet to receive an ack or reply). Anyway, give it a shot; website's support.doublefine.com

Voice your concern folks. We need this game patched.
