Why does FNAF have such a toxic fanbase?

Everytime i see one ounce of criticism, rabid fanboys attack the critic because of reasons involving overrated youtubers and like that, why is the community so messed up?

Dunno. Why does FNAF have such toxic haters...? The criticism you talk about = haters trolling ♥♥♥♥ and usually don't know crap about the games they criticize. Which is very funny.

FNAF may be overrated yes but I still think they are good games for what they are. I did show my respect to some people who decently shared their opinions about the games (and by such, they also knew what the hell they were talking about, what is rare around these forums)

Most haters I saw are only trolls who claim ♥♥♥♥ like "the games are all the same" which is not true at all and anyone who searched enough about the games know that. Other pathetic reasons were things like "It's not scary lolol" because apparently what is not scary to them shouldn't be scary to anyone. You can imagine the kind of trash we have to deal with.

But hey, I am not saying the fanbase is perfect but the haters really are the worst...

i do agree that trolls are not good critics, but the community is normally not much better as they tend to attack critics who hurt their feelings

I found a terrible fanbase for Yellow Corn Pop Raving Rabids with legs called Minions. Needless to say, I vote to legalize the bleach challenge.

I'll be honest and say this is not really true but you are free to disagree. People who were trolling got the crap they deserved to get and very rarely I saw a decent critic get hate or flame. Mind you, I am not active in all FNAF forums, only really this one because it's the newest game.

Anybody who makes fun of autism, gays, mental disabilities, and obesity or uses it offensively is not to be friends with. They should just be ignored and left to wait in agony for a response they never get.
