Purple Guy and Pink Guy are 2 different people, or are they?

In the the Night 3 mini-game in FNaF 4 you are crying under the table, you then stand up and begin the run away then a person in a fredbear costume appears, you run they other way to the other side then text appears, right after that text you can go back to were fredbear guy is and in those red doors you can see purple guy trying to help a guy wear the spring-bonnie costume. That means purple guy worked in the establishment since the beginning. But in the Give Cake death mini-game in FNaF 2, a crying child at the door, seconds later a pink car rolls up pink guy comes out the child cries harder than dies. Also in the foxy mini-game in FNaF 2 he runs up 3 times to the children, on the 3rd time however pink guy is standing there smiling, once you run into the room all 5 children are dead, rip in pece. So that leaves purple guy to be an employee and pink guy to be the murder. Now I have this strange theory so bare with me, in the night 3 mini-game when you run back to see purple guy behind the doors, I believe he is stuffing a child into one of the costumes. The badge he wears is a disguise.

I personally think they are 2 different people. One of them (most likely the ones who helps with the costumes) is phone guy, because he was the instructor for the staff. And the other purple guy has to be the killer, who was also an employee

The probably got the wrong guy. Both phone guy and purple guy were still around after the murders

Yeah, I think there are two people, I don't know if they are purple guy and phone guy or not, but there's enough varations of the character models for me to believe that the off color and lack of a badge represents someone else.

True, phone guy was killed by animatronics but purple guy was killed in/by springtrap. little bit of disproving my own theory.

True, phone guy was killed by animatronics but purple guy was killed in/by springtrap. little bit of disproving my own theory.

There's also a big difference between the character models of the purple guys ind Fnaf 2. One is brighter and has eyes; the other is darker without eyes^^

if you notice the robot in the crying kids room, there's a purple robot,
holding something strange in his hand like robot and wearing a badge, etc.
Its to match or be a easter egg or clue I guess by scott or something along them lines.
