UNLESS its set up to be 1 per customer, per day or just during this Re-Release time !
If you buy this version, you will also get the Original version free as thats how it appears. Also this version has 57 Acievements to aquire, were as the original only has 50 achievements. Im still trying to work out which ones are new.
To be honest, this version which is exactly the same as the Original should have been FREE for all Original owners of the game, as with other games that had been revised and re-released. As all owners got them Free.
Still this is a very nice game. worth the price as long as your PC can handle the game with out issues.
Should I refund the original game that I bought months ago and buy this then? I don't even get this. D:
Not sure you can still refund through Steam after a few months, the refund time limit is 14days and less than 2 hours game play.
If you did say manage refund the Original and buy this Definitive Edition you will still get the Original anyway, But that may change as time goes on, up to the developers with regards to this anyway.
As for this Edition, I am noticing for me it is playing so much better than the Original and the picture graphics quality is much more improved so I am 100% impressed with this version so far.
With the definitive Edition you will get as stated on the store page :
NEW IN THE DEFINITIVE EDITION
• Packed with new and additional content: New areas, new secrets, new abilities, more story sequences, multiple difficulty modes, full backtracking support and much more!
• Discover Naru’s past in two brand new environments.
• Master two powerful new abilities – Dash and Light Burst.
• Find new secret areas and explore Nibel faster by teleporting between Spirit Wells.
So for me I think its worth the $5 for sure, and well if my son wants to enjoy it, he can Family share if he wants to.
That's something I mis-read the time I bought the game, but chose not to refund as one day, as I do plan to upgrade my system and memory, so then I could play it.
However, seeing as this new updated game has been released and its the same price as I originally bought the game (paid $19.99), I can't see any reason not to see about getting an exchange done.
