Sorry for necro-ing such an old thread, but in case you never figured it out, the easiest way to access the downloadable content is to right-click on the installed game in your Steam library and go to Manage > Browse Local Files. This will open up where the game is installed in your file explorer, and you will see separate folders there for the artbook, comic, and soundtrack.
Unfortunately the developers closed up shop and haven't made whatever tweaks they need to for the soundtrack to show up in Steam's built-in soundtrack library, so the only way to access it and the other DLC is the way I described above.
