Cross-Platform?

I was wondering if I get this game on PC will I be able to play with others on PS4, Xbox One, and the Switch?

As of September 2022, we have cross-platform play across PC and all major consoles (Switch, PS4, PS5, XboxOne, Xbox Series X/S).

But can we play with our friends on the switch while we use pc? I want to know if my friend should get this game on his switch or not. The only reason he would is to play with friends. As stated above RichardAtlas said for PS4 you cannot play with friends. Wondering if its the same for the switch.

PC and Switch can play together. As can PC and PS4. But not PS4 and Switch

Wait, as in you can invite people who play on the switch and ps4? or is there still a problem with that?

Well, the game uses a server system. So, I think, you have to find what server your friend is hosting and enter a password. Only entered in public crossplay servers

Yes, PC and PS4 players can join each other's lobby with an invite code.
