Reset my account

There is actually no need to start from scratch because you can never mess things up to not be able to continue / reskill. Also, if you are experiencing some game issues, we are very interested in analyzing and solving them.

However, if you still want to start from scratch, there are actually two things you want to do:
Delete your character (and create new one) or Delete your entire account.

If you want to only delete your character, you can do it by yourself. After logging into ghost mode, you have to select charater first. Next to selecting button, there is also mark for delete. This action requires confirmation and after that, this action cannot be reverted in any way. You can then create another character.

However, if you want to delete whole account (primarilly to change your account name), we need to wipeout your account from our server entirely. This means that:

you will need to create new account (you can choose another login name)
you will need to create new character (you can choose another screen name)
you will need to start completelly from scratch (no items, no skills can be transfered)

Reset will be performed ASAP usualy in hours, but this could also take few days, especially during weekends and holidays.

Lost the starting knife. without the knife you cannot craft anything (handle is required for hammer, hammer is required for blade - so you cannot create a new knife)

Test download the new update 0.07.001 (which was released just a minute ago) - it should already repaired loss knife.
If you've really lost the knife, so do not be afraid of anything - new blade will always find in the tower on the top floor in start crate.

So I need to Create a new name and a new login name? Just because I want to rename my char? Seems a bit much for something as simple as removing a char from a single server.
