Anyone els get perm banned from leaving injector open?

Been playing smite sense it was in beta, been a total honest and loyal player to the game that i love. Spent over 100 dollars on the game with gems and gods and have absolutely no record of anything that would indicate me as a hacker which is what they pressume i am now apparently. Now understandibly so if they detect any form of hacks/cheating they should give a warning ban, but some people like me who literally just forgot to close the damn thing after using it to mod a completely unrelated single player game gets instantly permanently banned. No warning, no email even telling me what happened, i just tried to log in and said this user has been banned.. i mean really, i urge Hi-Rez if any of you read this to please reconsider changing your ban policy so players dont get banned for an absurd miss understanding. So my question is has anyone els had this problem?

File a ticket with support. The ban is between you and hirez, and it may not even be for the injector.

Yup my acount is perma banned and there is no way im making another acount, sorry to hear it happened to you as well. Guess they dont care if they lose a few players over this my support ticket didnt help at all.

Well...don't leave injectors running next time because the widespread primary use of them is for cheating.
Permanent bans are manually reviewed so you'd have to send a ticket to support. It seems you have no idea what you were banned for.

Yes lesson has been learned, next time i mod a another single player game ill be sure to close the mod support program afterwards. unfortunetly there is no next time with smite lol. A person reviewed the ticket and said they stand by the ban. Its not fair but it is what it is.

Funny that you get banned overnight from steam support, if bans are manually reviewed. They should really review the vac system. Using an injector for a game with no vac, with dll's that i couldnt even imagine to work with the game you were banned in. Get you banned anyway? Fix your ♥♥♥♥ steam.
