I play Isis as one of my main mages in ranked conquest and joust, so I'll try to offer you some decent advice.
First off, I start off with a Vamp Shroud and start on Chronos' Pendeant since some CDR is very important to me.
For skills, my first priority would be to max the Wing Gust (1), then Spirit Ball (2), Circle of Protection (4) and finally Dispel Magic (3). At level 3 I have skills 1/2/3 all unlocked.
(Early Game)
Save that Wing Gust as your wave clear only! The Spirit Ball is your poking tool that many players can find frustrating to dodge.
(After the Early Game)
I use the Ultimate as a finisher primarily if I manage to chunk someone's health down with Wing Gust and Spirit Ball. Due to the large area of the Circle of Protection, if you're anywhere near the enemy, just plop it down as close as you can and trigger it ASAP.
And of course, the ultimate can be used as a Objective Securer if you feel like the enemy team is trying to come in for the steal.
If your team is going to try for the Titan kill, try putting your Ultimate down. Seeing the Circle of Protection (with that 15% mitigation) somehow gives your teammates a feeling of more security, making them have less of a tendency to back down and continue fighting. Trust me, the circle charges up super fast in these scenarios. The circle can intimidate your opponents to approach, as any squishy should know how much a fully charged Isis Ultimate should hurt (1000+ damage to squishies). And if you still haven't killed the Titan after the Circle explodes, your teammates and yourself receive a huge burst of healing, probably enough to give that last push into securing the game.
Always try to stay a bit behind the front lines, as if you are focused, you shall die quickly. (Wing Gust is your only "escape" due to the movement bonus).
At the end, my damage build for Isis is as follows:
1. Chronos Pendeant
2. Shoes of Magi (or Focus)
3. Book of Thoth / Warlock's Sash
4. Rod of Tahuti
5. Spear of Desolation / Soul Reaver
6. Obsidian Shard / Spear of the Magus
Hope this decently helps :3
