Preferred region

How do I change my preferred region? I can't find any option, please.

Click Play at the main menu. This should take you to the featured modes section.

In the bottom right should be a flag of the region you are currently set up for. Click the flag, and it should let you change it.

If it's not there, switch to the Normal or Ranked section of the mode select and see if it appears.

If it's still not there, then I have no idea. That's where it is on my client, and where it's always been to my knowledge.
