Voice lines problem

Recently I got a new headset (Logitech G430) which seem to be working perfectly for gaming, music, etc. But it seems that I'm experienced a tiny issue, specifically with Smite. The voice lines by gods (eg. jokes, taunts, laughs, etc) are awfully quiet and comes only from one side as if the god was like 20 metres away from me, while every other line (Attack, Help, Retreat, etc) sound just how they are supposed to. I messed around with the software settings like enabling/disabling 7.1, changing the equalizer and so forth, but nothing seems to fix it. If anyone has any idea of how I would go about fixing it, I'd appreciate it.
