Low in-game sound problem

When I play Smite the global sound even if it is at 100 is lower than any program volume in background (ex. youtube music even if I lower its main volume) this never happened in my notebook (I recently started to play in a new desktop pc.
if it help I'm using Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 I would like if you help me to increase Smite volume further more (If I use volume mixer of windows Smite volume remains the same).
