My gems disappeared, and support no longer responds to me

I hadn't played for a few years and decided to return a few weeks ago. I had some gems in my account but I decided not to buy the battle pass, waiting for the next one, as I didn't like the current skins. When I logged in last week, I saw that my gems were missing, out of 840, I only had 40. I sent a message to support, hoping to find out how they disappeared, support says I bought two chests (something I never do, since I started play) IN JUST ONE SECOND OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PURCHASES, however when they sent me the chests that my account opened, there was no chest different than the ones I was aware of, there being two that involved skins, chests won by the battle pass and the legacy event. After refuting them, I have no further feedback from them. I just wanted my gems so I could buy the next battle pass, but the game took them from me

Brother, I haven't got my T4 skin from DL for a month now and support is just sitting on my ticket.

All the people working in these roles need a good slap on the neck.

Unfortunately, it makes me want to stop playing again, no matter how much fun I've had playing recently. I hope that, at the very least, they help us solve these problems, but apparently not even that

I haven't spent money on smite for a few years, they are gems that I got by completing previous passes (I stopped playing in season 9), but still, the current battle passes involve skins for the next game, so I would like to have them in my account

Got my T4 skin alongside the update, so yay at least.

Although the commendation skin rotated and reset, way before the chest reward time limit was up... so that's confusing af, still.

All gems spent will be given back in Smite2 + all season 11 skins or most of them will be also in Smite 2 and unlocked if you bought them in Smite 1

The same thing happened to me when I opened smite and I didn't have any gems or friends, now I can't add friends or play with them, it's like my account doesn't exist.
