Can be 2-3 hours but from personal experience the patch days can be terrible so the game servers can go down for more times just because of instability/other issues.

So yeah - normally it takes around 2-3 hours if nothing critical appears afterwards.

It started 90 minutes ago.
Plus you can use http://status.hirezstudios.com/ for Smite server status check ;) in case there can be any issues after the patch is deployed.
