Report a translation problem
I had less bugs and crushes and stable ping when was OBT than now and it still last 2-3 years.
I think it`s a greed. More skins, less work, profit.
Its the servers. I average 2 disconnects of people on my team or on the opposing team within my last 20-25 games.
Also, there is a way for the game to determine if the disconnect is from server instability of the person quitting out of the application, but I doubt that Hi-Rez went through the effort of adjusting their deserter penalty algorithm to distinguish between them.
