From what i can tell, people on NA that are also close to a server have a way better experience, meanwhile the rest can have lag spikes and if you try to talk to them about it they will most likely tell you it's on your end.
I do experience random lag spikes as well and i know when it's my provider's fault and when it's not. It's frustrating that they simply won't get better providers. I think i saw somewhere it has something to do with taxes but i can't be sure.
What helps me is using a free VPN (like Tunnel Bear or Proton VPN). Stable performance again.
