Windows ding sound in loading

Every time I load into a match theres a "Ding!" noise that sounds like a default Windows error sound. Like in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKxkST3RgJY I just want to make sure that's how it's supposed to be. Thanks!

The "ding" sound is to notify you, that you are done with loading the game.

It's the desktop notification, which is useful for people who alt tab while waiting in queue or after picking their god while waiting for the match to start. You can reduce or disable the sound with all the other sound options in game.
