Referral button not working

I tried adding somebody as my referral but they key links me to the wrong page (about rewards stating "coming soon") Guess it's an old page. Can anyone tell me a way to get around this or is it actually not possible atm after you created your account?

Where is this button you're clicking? If you want to refer someone do it via the Social tab in game.

Yep. That's exactly the one I'm talking about, sorry for not making that clear in the first place. Anyway it's just leading me to a page about friend invitations and the only thing I can do from there is click on 'rewards' which leads me to the rewards page for invitations.

OK, there are two buttons there. One says "Referred Friends" and another that says Referral Rewards. If you click on "Referred Friends" there is another button that shows up on the right hand side that says "Refer". If you click on that a window should pop up that lets you send an email with a referral link to whoever it is you want to refer. You can also copy that link to send outside of game if you want.

If that's what you are doing then something is broken with the STEAM version because it works just fine for me with the normal client.

I'm trying it the other way around. I want to add somebody as MY referral. It works fine the other way around since they just entered my name at the registration. Anyway I'm talking about the 'Add Referral' button at the 'Referral Rewards' tab. That one just links me to a page that makes no sense. It might be because I'm german and they didn't attach the right link to it but it's strange no matter what. I still got 2 days to add him as my referral so it would be nice to fix it asap

Try opening a support ticket and see if they can do it for you.
