Smite wont install

When I try to run smite it says "Cannot start Hirez Authenticate and Update Service. TRy running smite as an administrator or using the diagnostic utility." I have run smite as administrator, no fix. After running the diagnostic tool it said "Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service will not start on this machine." and the recommendation it gave me was "You can try to reboot this computer or run this program as an administrator. If the problem still persists, you may need to uninstall Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service from the windows control panel and reinstall from http://www.hirezstudios.com". After looking up some solutions they told me to go into services and start the update system manually, but I get this error " The Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.". Please help! I think I may have a solution, I uninstalled the authenticate and update service, because they told me to reinstall it, but where can i download it?? I have searched everywhere.

*****I have already tried to start the it in services manually, please do not suggest this again, I have run as admin, filed a support ticket, but it hasn't been much help, they gave me a program to uninstall smite "This program will remove anything related to the Hi-Rez Patcher. It will remove all associated services and registry entries. All game files in the Hi-Rez Studios folder will also be removed." Right now after following the instructions given to me, when I go into services I do not have a "Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service" but I still have a problem with the installation. When the installer tries to run the Hi-rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service I just get hit with the error message, "Failed to start the Hi-rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service" Suggestions, ideas?

Same thing is happening to me. did you get it fixed yet and if you did could you tell me?

Nope sorry, I haven't played smite in like a month, tried asking on forums and reddits either no or bad responses. After submitting a support ticket they give me the same response, but reworded i guess they don't really care. sorry i can't help you anhure

This worked for me and helped a ton!
