Then after the installation it should works
Thanks, baba. This seemed to work! :3
Running the installservice uninstalled the old one and reinstalled the new.
That worked. Then i get the create account window.... i have a steam account, merge it, i don't like it when games do this. I don't like having 50 accounts which is why i use steam.
failed to install Hi-rez studios authenticate and update service. how do i fix?
the validate/repair is not working for multiple people. for 2 days mine kept saying repair servers are down try again later by the time it tried to repair. would first flash repairing 0.0% then just turned into saying smite is damaged needs repair. red text appeared saying the repair servers are down.
i have done every solution suggest. some fixed some problems but eventually when i finally got the launcher to work properly. the game crashed after it pops open the box on the screen that shows the heroes before game enters full screen.
i even made sure to do a clean install after removing it from steam before i reinstalled. no luck.
i ended up removing from steam. used hi rez uninstaller again. i just went with the launcher from smite website and the game runs just fine with that.
i have a feeling maybe has to do with me being on vista(32 bit) the one time the game itself gave me a crash log it showed .dlls in system32 could not be found but they are in the folder. i think even though i had smite and steam set to run as admin some how it was not allowed to access my system32 files so it thought did not exist?
just a guess. i made a post yesterday with my windows crash log hope it helps figure out the issue.
till then i will stick to the original launcher.
keep up the good work.
Thanks, it worked!
Back to the daily grind.
IT WORKED AFTER I FOUND THE HI-REZ INSTALLATION SERVICE!
THANKS TO EVERYONE :D
This worked for me thanks!!!!!!
