So yeah, I think the bigger question is, why do you want to convert Gems to Favor? Most people would want to convert their Favor to Gems and the reason they don't do that is because then there is less actually money being put into the game.
im near to 5,5k Favor (for a new God) so i want exchange my last 100 Jewels but there is no option.
But yeah, they don't have that option because most people either save their Favor for unlocking gods and their Gems for buying skins, or they buy the Ultimate God Pack and then don't really need Favor for much anymore after that. The biggest reason it doesn't exist simply being that very few people would use it. There aren't runes or anything like that in Smite, so gods and low-level skins are it...
