Other than those surprises (for me at least), I'd agree with this list. Though I might add Awilix to the Jungler list, since it's kinda short right now and there's seems to be a lot of Awilix going around.
Weak3n with those mercury plays. Mercury is actually quite good, you do ton of damage, good escape, good cc. If you have a team to play with him then its gg.
Forgot about Awilix! Very strong right now. Mercury worked his way back into casual play after some strong showing recently in the SPL. I personally don't like Mercury, but that does not change that he has been quite potent lately :)
As for Sun Wu, he received a nerf to his starting health (480 --> 450) and received mana cost increases on two abilities, including Magic Cudgel. Don't be fooled, Sun Wu is still VERY good. However, compared to Bellona, Osiris, or Xian Tian, he isn't as much of a force currently.
Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking/hoping. I like the idea that the meta isn't a mathematically set-in-stone thing and is still fluid based on adapting play styles.
