How do i return in a match that logged me off?

Was playing a match and suddenly the game returned to the home... How do i come back? it says i have to wait fort the end of that match to start another game... wtf happened?

Quit the game and then start it back up. If it doesn't automatically put you back into the match, you're out of luck.

Maybe i'm out of luck because it didn't solve the problem >_> every day some problems.

You reconnect ._.
It's supposed to show you a log in screen, fill in your username & password and that's it

If the match ended but it still says you're in a match then go to jungle practice and then exit the game

Sorry; I know that it can be frustrating. I had an arena match yesterday, where my team had taken a slight lead and the time was about to run out, when my game decided to crash. Thankfully, I had been playing with a friend and so I know that my team went on to win without me, although barely. But when it crashed; I literally yelled at my TV. I really didn't want to miss the end of that game, it had been a good one.

you can try /reconnect command but you will get 1hour deserted after finish the match

Well to me, the game just stopped at the end of the god selection page before the loading screen, everyone could speak on the chat etc. but the game wouldn't go forward, then 1 minute in game me and my friend get kicked to the home screen of the game, and we got deserted for 2 mins... Kinda weird, its the second time it happens to me in like 6 days, my internet is fine and it doesnt go down. Could be a problem with their servers.

If the game kicks you out to the home screen and it doesn't allow you to queue for another match because you are part of one already, you are having internet issues.

This happened to me for about 6 months.

I managed to fix my issue by searching for smite in the windows start menu. There will be smite files in your documents. Look at all the folders and delete all of the folders that have 'smite' in the name.

Then validate the cache through steam.
Hope this helps. No one had an answer for me when I had the issue so figured it out myself.
