what is mps?
I even tried to google it, but can't find the meaning of it...is it MP per second or something?

It's MP5, which is mana per 5 seconds.

Thanks for this better explanation, btw do you have any clue if the god's items loadouts are saved on the account or on my computer?

I assume you mean for if you reinstall/play on another machine?

If so, I am fairly certain that it saves on your account. They seemed to when I had to reformat my PC and reinstall the game.
